The difference in license prices between the Enterprise version and the Professional edition is very large. There are definitely customers who would be willing to pay more money, but for whom the price of the Enterprise version is too much. In addition, there are regional differences between the countries, the purchasing power in Germany is certainly different than, for example, in Poland or Romania.
